Close sequence of jumps and stretching
Process :
Begin the sequence by passing over two cavalettis spaced one stride apart (or bounce). Then, work on your turns for the sequence of 3 obstacles, and finish with the cavalettis.
Difficulties :
The proximity of the obstacles. You can start by spacing them out and gradually reduce the distance based on your level.
