 Process :

Pass over the poles by performing a slalom. You can start at a walk, then proceed to a trot, and finally finish at a canter.

 Difficulties :

Finding the correct strides between each pole.

j’ai créé cet exercice mais j’ai oublié de mettre des plots/cônes/ ce que vous voulez pour faire un slalom correct ca aide beaucoup
