Goal(s) :
Improve precision and focus.
Process :
Arrange 4 ground poles in a staggered pattern. You must pass 2 poles at a 45° angle, perform a circle, then pass the next 2 poles, again at 45°, and so on.
Difficulties :
The higher the pace and the tighter the circles, the more challenging the exercise will be, requiring greater precision.
