Goal(s) :
Muscle strengthening for your horse
Process :
Place a bar, a cavaletti, and then another bar on a curve. Approach at a canter and proceed with a bounce. The goal is to achieve a horse that articulates without rushing. The need to bend will require more effort, thus developing its musculature (abs, back, glutes, chest).
Difficulties :
To increase the difficulty, you can then set up another sequence on a different curve and chain them together.

simple mais compliqué à la fois 😬 vraiment intéressant, prends pas de place au coin de la carrière je valide pour travailler souplesse et galop !
