 Goal(s) :

Improve cardiovascular fitness.

 Process :

15 minutes at walk, 5 minutes at trot with plenty of transitions. 7 minutes at canter, 2 minutes at trot, 7 minutes at canter, 2 minutes at trot, 8 minutes at canter, 2 minutes at trot, and 10 minutes at canter. Cool down with plenty of walking.

 Difficulties :

Be sure to listen to your horse and avoid asking too much of them.
