Pole Slalom and Serpentine

 Goal(s) :

Suppleness, guidance, foot placement control

 Process :

Start along the A-C line. At the end, perform a turn by moving the horse’s hindquarters away. Return along the same line. Continue either to the right or left to ride a serpentine. Halt at C. Reward your horse and give them a moment to process before repeating on the other rein.

 Difficulties :

Keeping your horse focused and forward. Control of the feet and direction.
