 Process :

Jump a cavaletti, then make almost a full circle before jumping the second one, and continue like this until you have completed the circuit of the 4 obstacles. You can obviously change the order of the jumps.

 Difficulties :

The exercise is adaptable depending on the chosen path. The wider the curve, the more time you will have to prepare.
