Goal(s)
Work on track and bend
Process
Set up a corridor of poles about 2m from the track, then perform a double by passing through the corridor, paying attention to maintaining impulsion and keeping the horse straightened in the curve. The goal is, eventually, to shorten the space between the corridor and the track. The setup is adaptable for each rider and can be used at all three gaits.
Difficulties
Maintaining impulsion in the curve and having a straightened and bent horse, as the latter will tend to lean.
