Ground Poles at Trot and Canter

Canter over ground poles on the track, trot over ground poles on the diagonal
Begin the exercise at a trot to get familiar with the setup. Then, for the first time, canter over the ground poles on the track in both directions. Pick up the canter at A or C, canter over the 2 ground poles, transition to trot, change rein across the width, trot over 3 ground poles, pass straight and centered, focus on your gaze (perform the entire exercise in a figure of eight)
Focus on your gaze, control your pace, maintain a straight posture to anticipate changes in pace and direction
Super exercice pour travailler les allures et l'anticipation, je pense le refaire dans peu de temps pour travailler aussi le tracé et bien passer dans les coins de la carrière.
