Goal(s)
Get a nice and soft circle with good contact on the inside rein. When slowing down to walk, make sure your horse is straight and still has kept that forwardness and doesn't slow down more than necessary.
Process
Start without the circles and just find an honest contact with your horse and especially in the bit. Without good contact you can't get that honest reaction as this exercise requires.
Difficulties
Getting the horse straight between the cones. Riding an even circle with even tempo.
